Java Script is a prototype-based object-oriented scripting language, which is most often used for client-side web site development. JavaScript is a very easy way to add all sorts of dynamic elements into a website. JavaScript is a simple scripting language invented specifically to use in web browsers to make websites more dynamic, and is different from HTML. Java Script is influenced by many languages and designed to look like Java, and quite easier even for non-programmer to work with. It is somewhat similar, as far as Microsoft's Visual Basic, Sun's Tcl, the UNIX-derived Perl, and IBM's REX are concerned. Generally, script languages are easier and faster to code than the more structured and compiled languages such as C and C++. Java Script languages usually take longer to process than compiled languages, but are very useful and convenient for shorter programs. Due to the increasing acceptance of JavaScript-enhanced web sites, more programmer is using Java Script, and as the trend is increasing very rapidly, the next generation of client-side website applications will be written in JavaScript, already is.
